Before you sign in
Which email address should I use?
Use the billing email address registered with your OndaWorx subscription. This may be your accounts team's email rather than your own.
I haven't received a login email.
Check your junk folder and confirm you entered your registered billing email address. If you still cannot sign in, contact your OndaWorx account contact.
Can I switch to Direct Debit?
Open the portal and look for Bacs Direct Debit when adding a payment method. You will need to enter your UK bank details and authorise a mandate. If the option is missing, contact OndaWorx for help.
