We don’t implement generic CRM systems.
We design the operational processes that happen after the work is completed — approvals, calculations and invoicing — and make them run automatically inside Salesforce.
Our focus is not software adoption.
It is removing administration.
Our Background
OndaWorx was created from running a real service business, not from consultancy theory.
For over 10 years we operated a high-volume locum recruitment agency entirely on Salesforce.
Timesheets, approvals, invoicing and payment tracking were handled internally, processing hundreds of transactions every week.
During that time the biggest operational cost was never sales or delivery — it was administration created by disconnected systems.
So we rebuilt the process directly inside Salesforce.
The result was a single workflow where approved work automatically produced correct invoices, removed reconciliation and drastically reduced manual handling.
OndaWorx exists to implement that same operational model for other businesses.
Our Approach
We only build systems we have already depended on ourselves.
Every workflow is designed around real operational pressure — missed billings, approval delays, payroll queries and month-end workload — not theoretical best practice.
The objective is simple:
Turn completed work into issued invoices with minimal human intervention.
