Who we are

OndaWorx builds operational systems on Salesforce.

We focus on the processes that sit beyond traditional CRM — the workflows, portals, applications, automation and digital experiences that businesses need to run their day-to-day operations.

Rather than connecting multiple standalone systems around Salesforce, we look for opportunities to bring processes and data together within the Salesforce platform itself.

The objective is simple:

Less administration. Fewer disconnected systems. Better use of Salesforce.

Our background

OndaWorx was created from running a real service business, not from consultancy theory.

For more than 10 years, we operated a high-volume recruitment business on Salesforce, managing thousands of candidates, clients, jobs, placements and financial transactions.

As the business evolved, Salesforce evolved with it.

We built systems for recruitment workflows, candidate and client portals, job advertising, applications, compliance, timesheets, approvals, invoicing, communications and operational reporting.

Where processes became repetitive, we automated them. Where teams needed access to information, we created digital experiences around the same Salesforce data. Where separate systems created unnecessary administration, we looked at whether the process could be brought into Salesforce instead.

That experience became the foundation for OndaWorx.

Today, we use the same principles to help other businesses extend Salesforce beyond CRM and turn it into a connected operational platform.

Our approach

We start with the business process, not the technology.

We look at how work moves through an organisation, where information is duplicated, where people are performing repetitive tasks and where separate systems create unnecessary complexity.

We then determine what should be automated, what should remain under human control and what can be brought together within Salesforce.

That might mean automating a workflow, creating a client portal, building an operational application, connecting a public website to Salesforce data or introducing AI into an existing process.

The goal isn't automation for its own sake.

It's to make the business simpler to operate.
